If you Received a Defective or Damaged product:
We stand by the quality of our products, however if you’ve received a product that has a defect or fault, we will gladly replace the exact product at no additional cost to you.  We will collect the product from you and deliver the correct product to you as quickly as possible. Where a replacement product is not available, you will receive a refund or credit.

If you Received a Product you Didn’t Order:
If you have received a product that you did not order, we’ll arrange to collect the product from you, and deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible.

Do not remove the product from its original packaging.

If you are Returning an Unwanted Product:
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order, on info@thetoyfactoryshop.co.za if you would like to return an unwanted product.

Product(s) must be undamaged / unused, with original labels attached, and must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and be in the condition as it was received.

Min. R98 delivery fee will be charged for the upliftment of the unwanted product

Min. R98 delivery fee will be charged if there is a replacement product to be delivered

We reserve the right to charge a 15% handling fee for the return of goods that are unwanted.
