Delivery T&C’s

The Toy Factory Shop will deliver all online orders, in South Africa, for free for orders that are R550, or over. Orders under R550 will be charged a flat rate of R98.  Should you wish your order to be sent overnight, kindly email us for a quotation.

Once the order is processed and despatched, tracking information will be emailed to the email address supplied on the order.

Please save info@thetoyfactoryshop.co.za to your email address book, so that our emails do not end up in your spam folder.

Deliveries to Main Centres takes 2-3 working days (Provinces furtherest away from Durban will take 3-5 working days)

Deliveries to Regional Areas takes 3-5 working days.

Deliveries to Outlying / Remote Areas takes up to 7 working days.

If an area is not covered by our courier, we will contact the customer to arrange delivery via another method eg. Postnet / PEP Stores / Post Office. This is normally applicable to very remote areas in South Africa.

If your order has been despatched and you are not available to receive it, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be charged a re-delivery fee including the fee the courier charges us to return to our warehouse.
