Payment Information

You have the option, at Check Out, to either pay via Direct Payment or via PayU

Direct Payment means that you will log onto your bank account, without going via our payment gateway.  You order will be emailed to you with our bank details.  You will do the EFT and then email us payment confirmation within 3 days.  Once the payment is reflecting in our account, we will process the order.  Payment confirmations must be emailed to info@thetoyfactoryshop.co.za

If no payment confirmation is emailed to us within 3 days, the order will be cancelled. 

If you opt to pay via PayU, you will be redirected to their secure payment gateway.  Here you can choose to pay via credit card or instant EFT (OZOW).  For more information on PayU click here https://southafrica.payu.com/

Orders paid via PayU are processed with no delays.
